Health Volunteering
with KLM Safaris

Overview

Tanzania, an East African country with a population of 61 million according to the 2022 national census, has both rural and urban communities. Despite government efforts to improve healthcare, many people continue to face challenges due to financial constraints, a shortage of medical professionals, inadequate healthcare facilities, and limited access to advanced technology for effective service delivery.

To address these challenges, KLM Safaris offers a special health volunteering program designed for medical professionals and individuals passionate about providing healthcare services to local communities in Tanzania. Volunteers will have the opportunity to work in hospitals, health centers, and dispensaries, where we will carefully match them with suitable placements to maximize their impact. Your involvement will foster unity, collaboration, and valuable knowledge-sharing, leaving a lasting positive impact on the management and operation of healthcare services.

Join KLM Safaris for a rewarding health volunteering experience. Make a meaningful impact, gain valuable skills, and promote community health in a vibrant environment

Community Health outreach

Community engagement in health education, wellness, and prevention is vital for addressing Tanzania’s healthcare challenges. Volunteers can conduct workshops on hygiene, family planning, maternal care, and more.
