Payment Policy: In order to confirm your tour booking with KLM Safaris you need to pay 30% deposit of the total tour cost to secure your booking.
Final Payment: The remaining 70% can be paid one month before travel or on arrival with credit card.
Payment Options: Please feel free to contact us for the payment details so that you may secure your booking for Safaris, Mountain climbing, Hotels and Lodges, Cultural Tours and more Tailor made Safaris Booking and reservations. Bank transfer requires addition of $45 bank transfer fee. Credit Card requires addition of 3.5% bank charge fee.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a reserved tour must be made in writing and is effective from the date we receive the written notification. The following percentage will apply
(a) 29 -15 days prior: 50% of the tour cost
(b) 14 -7 days prior: 75% of the tour cost
(c) 6 days, less prior, or no show: 100% of the tour cost.
Refunds: There are no refunds for unused portions of the program, and refunds will not be made to clients who do not complete the tour for any reason. Whatever amendments made to the itinerary once paid for, may result in additional costs.
